Yeah that's them. Must have invented the 'local' bit then, but still they look highly fondleable in the flesh.
My brother uses them, and I can say that they are fantastic. Alot brighter than my Ay Ups (which are also great) but out of my price range.

I think this is Massan's:
Except the flat pedals, I love it to bits.
whats wrong with flats? i run flats (mallets) on my singular utility fixed gear, with a small ratio and not too many hills it's easy to skid stop, i have a disc brake on mine but only use it when i am feeling lazy...
when i take her offroad i run cleats but otherwise it seems to serve me well - would be even better somewhere other than yorkshire! -

If your going to do all black this is how to do it, appart from your headtubes to long (tall c****)Like the brass nipples on the wheels even though thats probs just what your builder uses. I'd go with one of those stripped saddles personaly, but yeh this is practical, simple and pretty sweet.

looks like a leader 722ts judging by the dropouts

with an s805 fork.

if it is then it's only around 225 pounds for frame and fork (+delivery and maybe tax) -

that Hetchins is not mine,
I think he own two hetchins, one for green, other is black,
also he is really rich guy in Japan. his name is Hiroshi Fujiwara
here are some of his collection.HF is pretty known actually (if you´re into hipstrainers, HHSBs, pink tyres, etc...).
He was (not sure if still is) one of people behind Fragment (lollabos with Nike, etc...)...
... saying that he´s still considered one if not The trendy makers around. Bad taste for bikes (set-ups) tho´. -

Is this the bike I saw on the King's Road the other day?
I ogled it for a little while then moved on in case it looked like I was about to steal it.
It looks sweet in the flesh.

repost? porn? definately interesting (if totally un-practical) ha!
-
• #21867
oh no. surely whacky design doesn't equal an automatic place on the bike porn mantle. not that I'm making a judegment or prescription. that's dangerous.

$75 in 1939 is about $1100 in 2007, based on CPI inflation, so affordability of a decent track iron is little changed in 70 years.

This gives me the horn -
the only thing that looks different are the rear track ends, oh and the seatpost clamp.
