I think it's the angle of the pic but that BURLS defo looks odd - the HT's over half the length of the forks ffs!

And what's wrong with the "build"?
Double sided pedals on a track bike = fail

Very long adjuster slots on a GSXR11 are for lengthening the wheelbase for drag racing, but why does the Kalavinka need them? -

REPOST!!!
... sorry just always wanted to say that.
I said it before and I'll say it again, there is just something wrong with it. I can't put my finger on it, but it doesn't look right...
...maybe the mudguards, maybe the light being too far up the seat post, maybe the brake positioning... but just not right. Anti IMO.

Maybe the lenth of the track ends has something to do with that.

Ugly small frame. Looks out of proportions. :p (It does though)
Knog rear, HT2 chainset and CK headset make it look wank.

That Vivalo is a disgrace - so much wrongness. Shimano brifters are irredeemably ugly - so huge they really belong on a diesel engine. Thomson layback seat posts always look wrong, the stem angle is horrid, as is the untrimmed steerer, the chainset is a mismatch. And anatomic bars never do anything for a bike.

Repost from when!? really!?..... ok then, but I'ld be all over that shit... like you said, it's just your opinion ; )
It would be really stupid to cut the steerer tube more before the first ride.
You can see that there is a spacer on the top of the stem, almost nother underneath.
Probably he measured that the stem and bars are at the correct position not, but it's clever to leave at least 1 cm extra (with a spacer), so if it feels too deep when riding, it can still mounted a bit higher.
