As titanium bike go, I do like to have this Raleigh conversion, the fork too, is titanium I think;
I love my Paul lever but I wouldn't fancy using that one: Little finger braking?

can't stop looking at the "Moots" on the setback seatpost. That would drive me mental if i'd spent that much to have a beautiful bike.. petty i know.

So really your issue is with bikes designed for small people...?
From purely an aesthetic view I would agree that a small frame doesn't look the best (bit squashed) and neither does a very large frame (bit like a gate).
Obviously people need to get the size that fits them but that doesn't mean I should like looking at it :-)

The issue with the Moots is that its such a small frame size it looks badly out of proportion. The other thing that drive me nuts is the stem and frame are bead blasted giving that lovely satin finish but their seat posts are kinda shiny. Where's the consistency?

I so want a titanium frame one day.

Or;
gash spacers, black stem doesn't match, fork doesn't look good, bar tape gash blah blah blah. There's better examples.

Check ebay.com in January. Never seen a Moots go for less than a grand but got mine for half that in absolute pristine condition.

It does look like it is doing a wee - however, would the cable not chaif on the frame and therefore fray/damage the cable and/or bike? I presume not as they have built it that way. On all the other cable entry/exit points there are cable ends on the outer skins. Just seemed a little odd. It does make the area look very unclustered as a result.

This is what Cylcocorss magazine said about it - i believe it has an internal cable stop
"The laundry list of custom features included: integrated seat mast, expanding quill type internal seatpost, internally routed brake and derailleur cable with internal stainless steel tube routing and custom fabricated integrated cable stops, a 90mm uber clean press-fit bearing bottom bracket shell, modified Paul specific cantilever brake mounts for better actuation and placement (idea courtesy of Vanilla Cycle's Sacha White), modified FSA headset top cap with integrated cable stop, picture perfect dimestack welds and did I mention that he did all of this in TITANIUM? Oh, and it has two wheels and pedals. Line up now for your custom-fit version of the closest thing to perfection."
Check out the seatpost!
