That reminds me of car shaving when all the trim/bolts/clamps have been removed it looks like a dull CGI.

Saddle itself yes
Proportion-wise i think flites do not look too good on inline posts

That would look alright slammed all the way back, I reckon

I am always wrong, which is why I haven't commented on that bike and its interesting geometry. Sure, it's pretty and built by an artisan from liquid terminators, but all I can see is ludicrous toe overlap and a hideous chain ring.

No T1 deserves a place here, but especially not one kitted out to that excessive level and then fitted with tractor tyres.

GBP for sure but the paper plane saddle and velobike logo in addition to the above mark it down imo.
FSA HS doesn't say attention to detail either tbh -

All I can think of when I see those saddles is the concertina card/paper bit over the chocs in a box of After Eight mints.

And fuck knows whose bum fits that shit anyway.
This guy, maybe?
BTW, does anyone know if there's a bare carbon copy of the Flite?
-
• #103869
Might be easier to find a tatty carbon one and strip it.
-
• #103870
OK. Now I've check the prices for 2nd hand ones I see why you're asking.
-
• #103871
Main reason I'm asking is that ever since that Fizik paper plane saddle and probably before, people who make saddles seem to have stopped believing they need to be saddle-shaped.
The Flite just about nails that classic shape, which was still fairly prevalent in the 90s... And my 80s BMX experience taught me that unpadded saddles can be quite comfy, just as long as some dumb fuck hasn't decided, for reasons, that people have been doing it all wrong the whole previous century, and that the first harebrained notion they pull out of their arse is going to be a revolution in comfort, again, for reasons.

Gross
It's neither that nor klein, but some intermediate size offering the worst of both worlds.

I love my stripped flite and been riding it like that for over 10 years... Currently mounted to my Epic allez townie build most recently being utilized for winter duties

It's made for the tiniest of velodromes?
