Seems unlikely, the limiting function is usually stiffness and graphene isn't that much better than high modulus fibre in terms of stiffness/weight.

But the graphics are going in a different direction on each rim...? I guess that doesn't really matter as the stickers are too big for the rim surface so you can't see what it says anyway. Seems like quite a big oversight.
