Shamal copies?
On reflection, 20 spokes implies Vento rims to me, which would be even cooler if somebody has found some 20H Campag Pista hubs :)

Gipiemme Tecno?

Gipiemme Tecno?
I thought all Shamal lookalike Tecnos were 16-spoke

Three pages of "oh...".
I'm not encouraged to go back four.

Possibly it's a Campagnolo Eurus 20 rim on low flange record hub?
-
• #100533
Eurus?
Not as deep as Shamal/Vento. 20-hole rims that deep should be Vento if they are Campag at all, unless anybody knows better.

shame about the bike
Y tho? Lugged max with plenty of chrome and a paintjob that reminds me of a bugno gatorade leader ax, what more could you ask for in a steel track bike?

what more could you ask for
A colour scheme that doesn't make me nauseous would be a start 🙂

Ambrosio Alu-splinter?
Since we're already down the rabbit hole, let's not forget FiR Rialto, although rumour has it that Gipiemme Tecno, Ambrosio AluSplinter and FiR Rialto 40mm deep rims all came from the same extrusion dies.

- in this thread you don't post Mash Works
- in this thread you post actual bike porn
just read back a few pages and you'll get the idea
btw if you post your bike somewhere, take a picture of it from properly from the side first

Came across this earlier.
Not everyone's cup of tea, but worth a look:

Masterfully rides the line between gorgeous and garish. I like it.

Much as I like a bit of bling, I fear this may be going too far:
