I cannot seem to post from my flikr account, my settings on flikr are set to share. I am cut & pasting the URL from the drop down menu but am getting invalid link messages from LFGSS

It's because you're copying the page location not the image location.

Click on which size image you want, 500, 640 etc.. So that's the size image you want to copy. Right click then click on "copy image location"
