merry thoisday all

i walked around uniqlo attempting to buy "work trousers" last night while listening to the cramps on t'pod. it made me feel grubby to be nodding and smiling at the impossibly clean-cut sales staff while the words "what colour panties are you wearing... and how long have you had them on" were thumping into my earholes.

did you swing in on high tension wires and yell down at the humble?

sadly no. i bought a nice cardigan in the sale though.

went to see midlake on tuesday at the roundhouse. i got bored and i left early. luckily the night was saved for me by the fantastic jason lytle of grandaddy supporting. what a fucking legend. i never realised what an incredible singer he's become as well. the guy's like the weirdo electronic americana sinatra. i shall be listening to grandaddy today.
