Mines smallllll, got it from overclockers.com along with other stuff, but man, the output on that is seriously the shizzle, I only need to keep it halfway through and that's loud enough for me (I'm deaf!)

the bass is nice, but not amazing.. it plays acoustic music better .. older stuff. the newer Tannoy HPDs play electronic, bassy stuff better, but mine are 40-50 years old! i don't like heavy bass anyway so i'm not too bothered. the sound is really warm and lifelike, though! a friend of mine has the same ones but with big 15" drivers, chest high .. nicest speakers i've ever heard. the bass is really 'in sync' with the music .. it's hard to explain .. never sounds too light or overpowering, always sounds just right..

Well, I have about 90% hearing loss, but with my hearing aid on, it gives me the ability to hear about 95% as you. Only downsize I can't lipread a radio or a track, so I'm very visual. BUT I will look for lyrics and follow also.

Nope, became deaf at two years old, after various ear infections then glue ear, and mum noticing I wasn't picking up sounds. The nerves ending in my ears are damaged. It will continue to get worse very very slowly.
