Finally getting round to listening to the new BoC album properly.
I know they do talk about being strongly influenced by horror soundtracks in their interviews but it lifts sounds almost wholesale from the Dawn Of The Dead and Day Of The Dead scores and I can't decide if it cheapens it or makes it more interesting. It's certainly noticeable....
I've been listening to so much John Carpenter and Zombi lately. My friend gave me the new BoC to check out, so I'm intrigued to see what it's like. I've never heard them, only their name.
