Nai Harvest, a really really great emo band from Sheffield/Manchester. My band did a split with them last year and their 7" is incredible. They've got a a full length coming out soon and I'm really excited to hear it.

I've always listened to rock / metal type stuff or a bit of electronic music, but have been really enjoying old school hip hop when I've heard it recently (listen to BBC 6 at work a lot). However, I don't have a clue where to start other than Beastie Boys - any reccommendations please?
