ahhhh,i rode all the way to regents park,taking a detour thro central but couldnt find anyone,i forgot to check where it started from!...i rode so far today,i found myself riding around and around the park,i must of done it about 4 times!! there were loads of racers doing it.i dont think i ever riden so much in my life.im really sorry i missed you guys,but i did have a great time on my own and cluad did me well

I'm doing the cycle advocate thing with wannabe bike commuters (fakuters?) in Reigate tomorrow till 5.30pm. Only race I'll be doing is home by 7pm to tuck in the wee bairn.
Hopefully be wearing my Highgate grimpeur hat again before the summer's out.
