oopsy I got hustled into spending £4.5k on a bike I've never ridden
Condor Leggero Campagnolo Record Manufactured in 2007 - Never used I had this bike custom made by Condor cycles of Grays Inn Road London for £3500 in March 2007 after a mad moment of thinking I would return to road cycling after a 15 year gap and taking my son along for the ride. I am selling his unused Bianchi too on EBAY.
A friend who is cycling mad took me along to Condor and I was quickly relieved of over £4500 including the bike, clothing and £200 shoes etc. Needless to say, I fully admit, it has never left the house, lived inside along side my son's bike in the play room. It absolutely new and unmarked and unused. It even has the chalk on the tyres.
I am 6 foot 1 and 12 stone 12. I have no idea how to properly measure frame etc, but feel free to ask me or send me email and I will give you phone numbers. Any inspection thoroughly welcome, you can ride it, but not out of my driveway because its never been ridden. Specification is hopefully clear from the photos. But basically Leggero frame in Carbon see www.condorcycles.com/leggero.html Campagnolo Record Campagnolo Eurus Wheels Continental 700x23c tyres
I remember the shop persuading me to upgrade axles, post, bars, seat etc all for loads of money but I have no clue what they are..please ask questions you experts out there. This bike can happily sit here for another few years, but would probably deserve a more appropriate home, never the less, I am not going to sell it for next to nothing obviously.
Proceeds of both bikes are going to fund my son's trip to Panama in the sixth form. Questions welcome I have two full sets of Asos / cat eye cycling gear unworn and unused too but aim to list those seperately unless someone makes me an offer Local pick up or I can deliver to London city or between Guildford and Somerset weekend of 30th Jan as I am travelling that way. That condor is f~~king lovely.
But how the hell did the salesman convince someone that they needed a carbon fibre, intergrated bar and stem. -

That is a nice bike, but where would you leave it in london! Gone!
