http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=puma+fixed+gear+101I emailed the seller to ask him if it could be downloaded from one of those various sites for free. His response:
*
It can. How do you think I got it? This is america after all. A hipster and his money are soon parted...* -

wanker

Why is he a wanker? If someone buys it without doing their research then that's their problem. It's the same as people who pay above retail for secondhand stuff on ebay (which happens quite often). He's not lying to anyone about where he got it and he's not misrepresenting the book.

he's not disclosing where he got it, either.
caveat emptor - yes.
but i generally find this kind of blatant exploitation of others' naivete rather distasteful. working as a financial journalist, i spend most of my days trying to simplify things which are largely intended to exploit others' naivete, so it's rather an ingrained sentiment of mine.

liking the lugs on the armstrong, Gonna have to get myself something vintage like that. Is is me or is it harder to get anything old in the 52cm range all seem a bit bigger
-
• #742
i spent a lot of time trawling ;)
there are small older frames, the ones above are my size. although, people tended to ride larger frames than now. so a 52 is like a 48-49 today.
