Size 47 sidi size , is probably only an 11 I’d guess. Pretty tiny sizing IMO.

I'm from the era of the MKM Ultimate and doesn't look like a variant. The ultimate had the seat tube brazed in front of the BB iirc for a short rear end.

That does look insane but more from the era is "silly bikes" which was a bit later than MKM

The Sakae Ringyo LA5 chainset and Sugino black ring are deffo my 70's era though.

Still grumpy from when I bought an ex Boardman lo pro from him and he shipped it without any packaging with two pairs of loose not packed handlebars. If I recall he was a Halfords employee at the time so its not like he didn't have access to packaging materials.
