Included in the sale is the original purchase invoice from 1986, which shows the frame was purchased new for £692.76.

I bought one new 34 years later for £645.00.

34 years, and the price had gone down. No wonder they went out of business (sadly).

I called a seller once about an item with a weirdly high price (compared to their other items). They said that when they run out of stock they sometimes price that item sky high because it was easier/cheaper/simpler than ending a listing.
