expensive but intriguing triple-triangle split seat-tube crazyness:

Doubt this is a Holdsworth as I don't recall them using this braze on set up for the shifters but nice Athena groupset from what I can see. Collection only though.

I couldn't say.
Si46 suggestions make sense.

which it does
It doesn't, but I take your point: faux-retro doesn't actually make sense, because the lugs are retrograde.
I do like the frame, it's just the anachronistic design of the lugs that spoil it for me: it's a modern tubeset and the font, colour and polished stainless steel are all contemporary.
I can't think how you could build it coherently: A-head stem, outboard BB etc would all clash.
IMHO etc.

I'm in agreement... think it'd look fussy

Holdsworth looks a bit odd, aero shifters and over BB guides? If the stem is a nice SR super extra light with titanium bolts that is worth a few bob on its own....

I think you are correct, as it looks like Columbus Max, tho I think seatstays were probably reshaped and used in a “fastback” construction that I’ve never seen on a Max frame before. What’s more intriguing is the top tube. Head tube end is diamond-shaped (reminds me a lot of De Rosa chain stays) whereas the other end has a shape of Columbus Max top tube. Front fork is a huge uncertainty. What was the building process of this frame remains a secret but the result is really exotic and interesting.
