I would never use anything other than Paypal non-gift unless I knew the seller , even then it covers both parties for all manner of contingencies and its only 3.4% and 20p (not 5% often quoted). The more of a bargain it is the more likely it is dubious. Having said that there are many honest sellers without Paypal but do you really need to take a chance?

Dawes Kingpin for 63 GPB bin. I would love to have one of these as a fixed gear conversion with dropbars to negate its practicality... Too bad they hardly ever come up for sale in Germany.
