£69 BIN on a 56cm Ribble TT frame with horizontal dropouts
would make a smashing slave.
I have been watching this frame for about a week but i don't know what he means by 'could be used as a fixed with some spacers' Does anyone know what he is talking about 'spacers'? It does have track dropouts so .. i have no idea what the spacers he's talking about.

He's probably talking about the rear width - it may be up to 130mm for modern 8-11 speed setups
