the seller seems legit, his email address led me to his blog etc and he has a long history on weightweenies.
He says he bought a complete bike for the groupset and wanted rid of this quick.

Vitus is a frame manufacturer, I haven't read the description, but if it says it in the title I'd guess it was from Vitus
