This 'master pista' is drilled for a rear brake but not a front one. Is it genuine, or had the rear drop outs replaced at some point in it's life and a track fork put on?

I bought a headset from this guy, http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/pete3761/&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2754 and to be sure I specifically asked to the size.
When it showed up it was however the wrong size and I complained instantly.
The seller then apologised and offered me a full refund (minus shipping), but instead of having me return the headset, he proposed that I just kept it to sell on and make a little profit to compensate for his mistake.
That's pretty damn good form there. -

Just a little update on my dealings with Kingkyal86.
Won the auction on my shifters, proceeded not to pay and reported the theft to the police.
Unfortunately the hard part was getting the police to do anything about it. It took them over a week before they got someone to look into my case (despite repeated badgering) by which point it was basically too late: My shifters were resold and are now off to a new home.So Kingkyal86 continues to prosper, evading justice yet again.
He has another account carbonkyal86 and is selling saddles, lights and shifters. Scumbag!

They knew who he was, they knew he had my stuff and they knew where he lived.

i've had some experience too..
bought campag drilled seatpost from him last winter. found out that the seatpost was previously stolen from one of the forum members who i've contacted and police got involved. had to give seatpost to the police and had to be a witness at court.
first time court got adjurned, second time victim didn't show up!!! so the fucker went home free!
in the end - i got no seatpost (cause it was returned to the victim before the hearing), no money (if its over 45 days you cant make a claim from ebay/paypal), and wasted time ( waiting 10 hours in court) -
