Anyone have any opinion on how much is too much for this? Been watching it for a while, thought it would stop around £70. I can't find much information about these frames.

I'd say the chrome will bump the end price up over £100.
It's not worth what it's at now though.
Unknown tubing (probs gas pipe) Lugs not seen a file, Pressed not cast fork crown, cheap BB shell. Slack 50's geo. blah blah blah.Sure is shiny though.

If it's shiny, it's usually in my watch list.

Not ebay, but a good deal nonetheless:
Lezyne Carbon Evo 5 Multi Tool £30 from Cycle Surgery. Usually internet deals hover around £40-50 mark, which is just a bit too pricey for a basic multitool imo, but this brings it down to a 'good deal' level.
Also quite a good idea for cycling presents for birthdays and xmas as it sits neatly in that £30 price-range.

A whole velodrome is going to cost you hundreds of thousands. You'd be better off looking on an estate agents' page.

It's not usually sold by the line you'll have to buy a whole gramme.

I live locally to this bike and have just been to see it. Part Campag nuovo record gruppo but bits of it are very rusted up, perhaps some salvageable. Frame is not too bad though but only had time for a quick inspection. May pop back Sunday if they are open.
Anyway...if anybody on here wants it, I'm willing to help out packing and sending it if you pay the costs.J.

JRYeah as I said don't mind helping anybody who has a punt. Just realised I'm really busy all week after Monday when it finishes, so may have to wait a few days!
It's not a scrappers, but it is a sort of large yard with a few large garages where a local guy runs an all week car boot. Went round earlier with a view to possibly making a cheeky offer but he said it was on ebay and they were going to let it run.

Who would really buy a bike with an advert written like this? Imagine the embarrassment meeting the owner who wrote an advert on behalf of their bike.

Holy wow - shimano cranks on campag bb, test saddle and a guy called Neil? For the low, low price of a brand new bike? You'd be foolish not to
