I'd have the Neil Orrell as it is, I think it's a reasonable build.
If you're talking about the Holdsworth that was like yours though, spot on. Though buying it for a reasonable price (£250 odd), building it up with 27"s and finding a better place for the wheels might prove a worthwhile investment

This is my size, and I reckon it could end up cheap for 531c but is it too rusted? Looks pretty substantial on the chain stays.
