If you can muscle a good pitch at a festival (easier said than done). A van like that will make big bucks.

The burger van to the left of the Pyramid stage at Glastonbury has to offload bin bags full of notes, over and over. They have a fella who just goes back and forth with this cash, taking it off site and (not) to the bank.

However... It's not good for your skin.

Ideally I'd like something smaller to set up stall in the streets of London with some real nice food.

Festivals could be a money generator but are extremely expensive and the more established ones are a pain to get in.

I worked in a burger Van for a Festival when I was like 17 or 18.... Never.again.
