I hate to say it but my experience with this guy is miles from great...
Bought a set of Record Pista hubs from him, 36hls. He sent me a 36 front and a 32 rear...
Kept staling the swap, sending me shit saying he wasn't a crook nor a thief... still
he did nothing. Silly me sending the money as a gift (learn kids, don't do it), couldn't
do more than trust his good faith.
Ended up having to sell both hubs separately, could barely cover the cost.
Do not wish to trade again, but the fact is that he manages to change my mind allllll the time. -

This Aende is a repost (by me), but it comes down by £50 each time it's posted - started at £900 :) Only another five - six attempted sales before its a reasonable price..

Nice Colnago on the forum, not the bay or CL, but still a pretty good deal... :)

relisted. it was on a while ago, I asked the seller for pics of lugs etc, no response at all, so probably fake

Rare as fuck.
I remember Greg Lemond using these back then.

I remember seeing these in the Rockshox catalogue when I got my first set of RS Quadra 5's (or possibly Judys) years back (used to be a mountain biker). Given that I've not seen any suspension on road bikes since, I always assumed these never caught on because the weight / flex outweighed any benefit.
Was this the case, or were they actually useful (as indicated by their being banned)?

what I heard...(I do not know anything about this) it was mainly a marketing scheme to boost rock shox sales, they put the forks on but none of the riders actually rode them with suspension off the lock, to much power/handling loss
