Probably because its a niche market, not many people want to ride a 24 inch wheel low pro for general riding which was made for time trialling when god was a boy (if god existed)

well, my japanese is a little rusty, but looks like a 530mm seat tube and 555mm top tube. 120mm rear OLD, takes a 700c at the back and a 650c in the front.

I think the current bidding (or opening price) is at 500k Yen, which is about £3,350.
