Could be Campagnolo dropouts, but can also be something else.
Hard to tell if no detailed pics are available. But does it matter? What is the added value of having Campag dropouts, except the emotional (?) value ?
Tecnociclo, Shimano, SUntour, Gipiemme, Vitus, Silva or any other dropout is nothing worse than Campagnolo.
Just be careful if the dropouts are stamped sheel metal instead of forged steel.
Usually that means that the rest of f&f are not very good, no need to talk about the components. You better check if the frame has horizontal or (semi) vertical dropouts, track forkends, long or short dropouts, with or without eyelets, etc. That makes more sense than the name in it.
By the way (tip free of charge): the pedals on the displayed bike have a reasonable value for collectors (if I see it correctly, Lyotard "Marcel Berthet").
Cheers,
The only value would be a hint that it could be an ok frame!
Yeah, the seller isnt very helpful, wont give me any more info!
Thinking about giving it a go anyway, £50 & £20 courier wouldnt be awful, even if it is a bad frame.

Nice bike, used by pro / 6 days rider Iljo Keisse
Full C-Record
Looks nice on the pics. Perhaps a bit worn, because used by a pro.
Maybe very well maintained, because used by a pro.
If you're lucky, you'll find some vitamins or other supplements somewhere in the bars or seat tube.;-)
Who's that Eddy BTW ?
I know that bike, it was mine but it was too big for me, i have traded it with a gios, and i see it now on internet, actually this bike is not from Iljo Keisse but from his father, he almost never rode with it, it's in perfect condition, really nice bike, full campa Crecord, I had some pics on my FlickR acount...

sounds dodgy...
he keeps saying 'IT IS UNTESTED' -
• #19170
why is he mental?
I blame his parents...
Seriously, he thinks a Wilier frame is made by Easton. He buys the world's largest frame and then can't use the seatpost to get a proper position (probably because he's not 8'3".
Don't get me started on those bars - oh, go on then, if you're buying... -

Aspirevelotech are legit (have ordered Phil Wood parts from them in the past) so wouldn't imagine you'd need to worry about the above ebay link
