Same as so many other frames: just the BB-shell is Cinelli (I think).
But for a french frame, that's already quite something.

Bought the blue one a couple of days ago

The sellers a genuine guy who travels abroad and brings them back, the frames are a bit roughly finished but ride extremely well .

ask him if he can get hold of any head badges they quite nice
