That Colnago looks like a steal! and it's my size - so I was tempted and started googling...
BUT check out this Italian advert for the same bike from 10 days ago... those are the same photos. The seller has it listed for 950Euros - so it's still quite cheap, but doesn't that make it a scam?

I was suspicious at the price - but then again it could be that he's Googled those photos as he doesn't have any of his own....

Hmmm... How about we go halves on it, keep it polished till spring, then sell it on Ebay.com and split the profit?
Or I'm going to the states in December, so we advertise it as the ultimate Xmas pressie for a Ferrari-loving yank?
But frankly, those carbon rims are pretty worrying - no kerb-hopping allowed. :-( -

could cheat and use an ebay sniper, remain sober and search for an internet cafe, let a friend bid for you and risk a lot of random stuff you don't want
-
• #1493
any reccomended snipers?
cause the staying sober ain't too realistic and option

seen that frame on ebay as a whole bike before, really no way to tell what it really is, bet that's why no one's buying it.

not fixed though... 1 of them screw on, 1 of them cassette fit. and it's really weird he's listing things like this, don't really know what u're bidding on. and he's got no feedback at all. -

Anyone else going to bid/already bid on this? I really love it, but don't wanting to get into a bidding war. Trying to find reasons to be sensible and not bid...
