The hubs by themselves often go for £450
The seller is on the forum.
Maybe he can still give you a BIN deal.
I have some to sell, perfect new condition, laced to mavic rims, so I will be curious to see what they make.

Am I missing something (besides the colour scheme (IMO)) or is this looking cheap? £255 with just over an hour and half to go.

Is £750 not a bit much?
This would be a pretty good deal if it was actually a real Colnago... but it's not. Seller sent me pics and this is not the real deal. Nice old frame though.

I think it's a lovely paint job!
Shane about the mish mash of campag and shitmano components and the scratched up forks!

The frame is a rare piece from Colnago (1978). And it appears that the frame has been built by a sub manufacturer who used to sign its work with this original code : III /. Frame and fork have been signed with this same mark, and make the frame even more interesting. The chromes are imaculate and the paint job (dark red SARONNI) has got few marks but honestlly looks terrific!
interesting

interesting that a sub-manufacturer wouldn't make a frame and fork to colnago's spec's? interesting indeed. but nice geometry on the imposter.

£369 would seem to be the answer. Was that you? I was tempted as it's my size but have decided to go all new and carbon fibre. Bollox to all that old fashioned down tube gear changing malarky.

no my bloody internet connection died at the vital moment. Was about to smack a tactical bit of well over 400 as well...369 i would have been a bit of a bargain imho.
oh well, onwards and upwards. after buying that beat up brian rourke yesterday, maybe i should slow down a bit...

Always beware of rubbish reasons for getting rid of things. Gears in Bristol? MTFU!

Always a bit of a risk if there's possible crash damage. I cant see anything horrible from the pictures, might bid if it stays cheap? Am I stupid for even considering this?

Yep!
It's on the US West Coast, shipping will be much more than quoted, and it's bent.
