    ah well its sold now which is good because i can stop thinking about it. suprised the seller didnt think to put the builders name in the title of the listing or description.

  • bit concerned by the 0 feedback....

    ask the seller if you can collect, if he says yeah then it generally means they can be trusted to actually have the item. if you pay by paypal and they vanish with your money you can always get a refund. there is nothing to be scared of. hope that helped.

    all freewheels are really fixed wheels, if you back pedal enough they unscrew hence the lock preventing them from screwing right off,,,,ennit.

    maybe he means block,,maybe not.

    Good advice from coppi, nice wheels but take note they are tubs. I'm sure you realise this but I was seconds away from buying a pair once when I wasn't paying attention.

    i tried the other day they are just busy or slow, this is what they said

    No, this is a bona-fide track frame. Or rather its a 'road/path' racer, meaning it was nominally a track frame but had a hole for brakes so that it could also be used for time trials and getting to work and so forth. Its from the 50s when this sort of think was very common.

    no no, it was the angle of the dropouts that made me want to know it they were fitted later
