Hello,
Moved to London from Sweden a few months ago and miss my fixie back home. What prompted me to sign up was that I've decided to buy a new bike here. I'll probably join one of your social rides once I've got used to riding on the wrong side of the road :) -

Hello all,
Just thought I'd say hello, now that I can start threads.London-based, 47 years old, married. I have two 27-speed bikes, one for touring, the other a commuter. I do roughly 110 miles a week into and out of the Square Mile on the latter, where I do Solaris shit for a big finance house. Just bought a Genesis Flyer and frankly, they're going to have to bury me with it. My oath, it has to be the most beautiful thing ever created.

Just ordered a Roberts road frame as my De Rosa was trashed by some nice person who took a hammer to my top tube whilst parked up in HAMPSTEAD. First bespoke so should be interesting and have gone back to steel recently - forgot how lovely they ride (other bike is a Colnago master x lite)
Will put a thread together on the build

Hi, I'm Anthony and I live in North London. Ride my Token Pista fixie everyday and love it. Looking to get more into the scene with some other fixie riders.

Hi. I'm Jim and I'm in Sheffield. Thinking about building my first fixie as a bank holiday Monday toy & alternative to the everyday single speed freewheel.

Blimey, what's happening? Immigrants, I tell you, immigrants from the rest of the Internet will destroy this forum! :)
Welcome, all!

Hello all, moved from Stoke to London a couple of years ago (used to live about 10 minutes away from Brian Rouke cycles, cracking place). Looking forward to getting involved with some city rides/pub trips.

Hi, I'm David, forum lurker for a while and I finally decided to register. Great forum. Thanks all.
PS: Can't seem to post any new threads... What's the protocol to ask a few questions about a particular bike? Thx.

WELCOME!!!
You're in the nursery.
You have to make a few posts and spend a bit of time here before you can post new threads. It's to prevent trolling and to prevent people asking questions that have already been asked.Use your nursery time to search threads and see if the information you need is already here...
Or post in the "Any Questions Answered" thread.

Hello, Irish woman here, recent (since March) convert and hopeless addict to the track. Owner of 4 old steel decrepit machines, only 1 of which is operational shame. Next on the shopping list is a track bike and a road bike I can race, funds are virtually non-existent though so it's dream/imaginary buying I am doing at the minute sigh. Also hoping to pick up some racing tips, well something other than my cling-on-for-dear-life-if there's-anything-left-then-hammer-it technique I am currently going with!
Hello LFGSS!
