Greetings. Joined recently. Couple of questions. I have a friend who wants to identify a frame of his. Which forum or thread would be the most suitable in which to post? Also any advice on how to embed photos? Cheers

Hi all
Just joined, have come to the UK from New Zealand. Had two fixies back at home and use to ride a lot to work and back.
Getting sad looking at all the lovely bikes here and not having one of my own. Will wait till I get a job and buy my first bike in london :)
Look forward to checking everything out on the forums.

How about the "Can you help to identify this frame?" thread?
By the way, there is a search function... Just saying.

Hi to everyone, looking forward to learning more than I originally thought possible about SS bikes, especially vintage ones, and contributing what I can to the community.
The more I read about this pastime the more I realise how little I know :P
Best regards from BCN -

No worries... Don't really know about embedded photos, but I'm sure said search function can resolve the mystery.

Hi,
I'm new here.
I have been riding my fixed gear recycle every chance this week, it cost £6 for the sprocket and lockring, the rest I found... It is a beast.
I'm a kiwi, and used to race on a Carlton track bike with Campagnolo gear over 30 years ago. It was old when I got it, and when I came overseas, the original owner bought it back.

Just had a look at the stolen thread.
So, just to clarify, the bits I found were abandoned junk, buckled wheels that I stripped, straightened the rims, and respoked. Just your basic rat bike.

Because your previous posts were spam worthy. As are your new ones you've made.
Nice.

Hi guys, just a quick introduction. I'm 33, Lodz/Poland based, riding fixed gear for a year. Hope to ride 33 more. See you here or elsewhere.

Just joined. Edinburgh/Fife based. Not sure fixed gear is a smart move in these hills, as long as the journey is east/west I should be OK though.

Hello All,
Just saying Hi (twice now, I believe). Living and riding in New York; found out about the forum through friends and velocipedesalon. I look forward to giving/gaining info regarding all realms of cycling.
Aloha all!
