Hi all. I'm from Finland and have been riding mainly fixed gear for about a year now. I've built up a couple of single speed and fixed gear bikes during the last two years, with yet another one in the works. Been lurking here for a while now, finally got around to register.

hello! looking for good parts

I used to ride competitively many years ago, both in road races and TT. Best 10 mile time was 24:30, best 25 mile was 1 hour and 6 seconds (I know) and best placing in a road race was 4th as a junior. Bought a nice bike a few years back, thinking I could still "do it". Didn't even crack 30 minutes for a 10. Will be selling stuff on here when the admins finally let me post

Hi all. I started getting into fixed gear when I bought a new roadbike. My old one got a bit obsolete but I rode it for 8 years so I didn't want to sell it. I started thinking about using it as my everyday bike, I had read about fixed gear bikes and thought it would be nice to build one using my 1984 Raleigh Panasonic. I joined this forum to learn and show my project.

Hi all. New around here. Ride Singlespeed off road and have plenty of geared road bikes but looking to join the fixed club real soon now. Not many other fixed riders around here in the hills of Mid Wales though!

Long time reader, but only just signed up properly. Been riding ss for about 6 months. lfgss has been amazing for answering loads of my newbie questions (through the search of course!) Figure it's about time I throw myself into the deep end and get involved more.

Based in south london, hoping to get involved in some of the rides / meetups / critical mass.
