The genesis doesn't have rack mounts I don't think. Didn't you say that's what you're after? It's just about the only thing (besides a shit paint job on the caliper version) that tipped me towards a Soma ES. The steel aint as fancy as 853 though.
Of course not such an issue these days with frame bags etc...
