No idea on stem length. At the moment is has Ritchey carbon fork (470 a-c, 45mm rake) and 100mm -6deg. stem, but this is with 780mm flat bars set a couple of inches below saddle.
With Midge bars I think I will stick on the 100mm and see what it feels like. Too long, I suspect.
