Well, I paid (quite a lot of money) for a frame, the wrong one turned up, and I had to store it for two months before he finally replied to my letters and gave me a return address. All it took was a thread of court action to which he curtly replied 'You get your refund when I get the frame back'.

Perhaps he has changed since then.

Buying from him is a total lottery afaik. Closest I've got is inquiring about items a couple of times and getting no response - I took that as a warning.
