Yeah I did think that too, obviously the movie may have been slightly exxagerated but getting shot in the arm or leg I assume wouldn't kill so you would still be alive but a little less mobile. Think movies where everyone dies instantly are slightly incorrect ha!
Oh and obviously these are the Seals, the US's darlings so it will be made out they are super human...
