I don't think I can to be honest. I used to ride my MTB down flights of the stairs in the 90s when I was younger and my limbs were less breakable :) I have ridden the Orrell down the ridged brick 'descent' off the pedestrian bridge at Bow Locks and I can safely say I'm not doing that again...
