Looks like that is a chain pub, same chain as the King's Head in Chingford which I wasn't too impressed by.
There is a new Spanish place on the High Road which I will try out, and when I worked at the college nearby a lot of people got Caribbean food from the Bernie Grant Arts Centre cafe.
It doesn't look promising apart from that though.
