Viruses? Nah.
Cleaning- Onyx... fixes permissions etc. DO NOT use Clean My Mac (on Mavericks) as it has a really nasty bug in which breaks Apple software (mail. ical etc).

Yeah no way I would use that or Norton etc etc.

Will have a look at Onyx
