Cheers Mands, that works for me. Ride with gps always disappears into a blank space for me (maybe a chrome thing?)

And it explains why the catflap activates when I'm on the toilet (that will sound odd to anyone who hasn't been to our house)

oh also note there's a few bits where we go "off the grid" but I had to join the lines so it's not 100 accurate.
Not that it matters because my garmin loses the satellites and beeps "off course" all over the place.
