I do feel for Moyes, total poisoned chalice. The problem is I tihnk most sane, decent managers would give it a wide berth as who wants to take on the task and be tarred with not turning it around? Maureen would have survived on bluster and strength of will and ego.
Basically if I was a top flight manager I'd leave it alone unless it as proper retirment money in salary...
