Mourinho wouldn't have failed in the transfer market, he wouldn't have stood for the team to have leaked as many goals as they have. Wouldn't have lost stupid games and I'd go as far and say that he'd be in the CL places now and would have been getting a lot of criticism for not being top of the league.
Champions last year, grade A fuckwits this year, the manager needs to take responsibility. There's a lot of infighting happening right now (van Persie) and people are not taking well to his training methods.
Board also need to own up and say that perhaps they underestimated the task on hand.
