  • Last night was terrible and expected. No shape, no ideas, team mates starting to snipe at each other in their national press, this is no malaise, we've hit the self destruct button in the biggest way possible.

Moyes needs to be honest with himself, he hasn't got a clue how to sort it and needs to fuck off soon.

The players worked for the greatest manager in the history of the British game. The drop off in intensity is very understandable but doesn't seem to be acknowledged. What else can Moyes do? Throw cups? Kick shit? Threaten to kick them out? They'll only say, "What have you won?" And he has open revolt with the next transfer window a long way off with a rookie chairman. Half of them are at then end of the line anyway (some due to age, some due to their shitness finally being revealed sans fergie's big
stick). And they're holding on (aka ransomed) to what remaining quality they have for dear life. Aside from RvP who was the last player they spent big on? Anything since the levered debt? Without a class of '99 or a change of ownership I'm not sure where the ship is heading. How else can you buy top top top players when the bar has now been set@£300k?
