We're using Milltag.
The hold up is not the supplier, Milltag are begging me to get going.
The hold up is the cascade of dependencies.
We have no money and don't know precise order numbers and size distribution, so we need to take pre-orders.
To take pre-orders we need Shopify set up.
To set up Shopify as a non-profit we need our CASC status.
To set up the CASC status we need a committee and a bank account.
I have a few volunteers for the committee/team to get us going, but it's the bank account we're waiting on right now.
Because we're not yet a CASC, this apparently creates problems for the bank. I'm still waiting.
But to order the kit, we need numbers, sizes, payments... and unfortunately we can't get to that until we get past the other things first.
It is... fucking frustrating.
Last contact with the bank, yesterday when they had more questions about CASCs, the constitution of the club, etc.
