They let you race brakeless?

Yeah, the time trials I attended are not too serious. Not part of any official cup or anything. They were not too strict about equipment. Of course brakeless is not optimal for the U-turn in the middle of route, kind of difficult to brake optimally if the turning point is not on top of a hill.
