Madrid are currently the 2nd best team in the world so Schalke we're never going to win. But they looked utterly devoid of any fight and largely classless.

Nope not going to win but you dont have to have to do your best to loose either. This is football and anything can happen. Just really surprised by the game plan. Couldent they sit back and play for a draw and c if they could get lucky on the counter like you normally would do against a superior side?
