I had an accident six weeks ago so this was one of the first times back on a bike.
Managed a Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning track session at Calshot, organised by the West Suffolk Wheelers. I sometimes ride with them (my in-laws live in Bury St Edmunds) - a really great group.
There were 26 of us - oldest 65 and youngest aged 7 years (yes 7). Good grouping of the rider's abilities and I only wish I'd been fitter - left my lungs on the track during a team pursuit session!
