Anyone using a macbook pro retina for web design work? How do you find it? How do you deal with creating non-retina graphics?

Been reading online and it seems like half the people says it's shit, the other half that it's no problem at all

Surely it's no problem? Pixels are pixels and isn't retina just x2?
